In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Horrible SupportHi @openwebie,
Thanks for reaching out here. I’d be happy to look into this for you.
Please share the email address used to sign up for the new plan so I can find you in our system and respond right away.
Hi there @sfbrown,
Just to confirm, you have Post Notifications set up to go out whenever you make a new post, but are seeing some go, and some not, is this correct?
Are your Post Notifications by chance pulling in Latest Content filtered by category or tag? We have a current open issue where:
- if the Post Notification is set to send “immediately”
- and the Latest Content block is filtered by category or tag
- only one post per day will be sent in that category/tag; that is, the first post of the day in that category/tag will go out, but any remaining posts with the same category/tag made on the same day will not
Does this sound like the issue?
If so, then we know that downgrading the base plugin will work as a workaround. Please try downgrading to 4.58.2 and see if this resolves the issue.
If I’ve misunderstood what the core problem is, please do let me know and we will investigate further. Screenshots of your post notification settings would be helpful!
Hi there @lordyamis,
We’d be happy to continue debugging this issue with you, but in order to ensure that this is fully accessible to the community, can you make a new forum post for this issue?
Please include with your post:
- the System Status Report for your site -> you’ll find this under WooCommerce > Status, download it or copy it using the box in the upper left
- exactly where you are seeing the “unattributable” error, including a screenshot if there is any additional information
- verification that with Google Analytics disabled, all is well
- web browser console check for any displayed JS errors
Once you’ve made the forum post with that info, please comment here again as it will flag me and let me know the forum post is ready to pass on to the development team.
Hi there @zanniap,
It would help us to take a deeper look at your website’s settings as everything looks good to go and is properly set up from our side in our network.
To help make that happen, can you open a direct ticket with us? You can do that here:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/You will need to create an account if you do not already have one. Choose “Google for WooCommerce” as your product and please include a link to this thread in your ticket. Please also cite issue number 8728421 when opening the ticket.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] This isn’t really “shipping”, it’s just for “labels”.Hi there, thanks for your comments!
While WooCommerce Shipping does not provide live rate quotes on checkout to your customers, it does aid shop owners by:
- allowing you to easily generate and print shipping labels from within the WooCommerce dashboard
- offering a variety of rates and delivery methods to choose from
- offering discounted rates on shipping
If you wish to offer live rates to your customers on checkout, you will need the plugin specific to the carrier of your choice, such as the USPS or DHL plugin. Those plugins provide rates, but do not integrate with label creation and ordering from the WooCommerce side. WooCommerce Shipping (which is free) is the piece that will enable you to actually purchase labels from your dashboard.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] issue with mailpoetHi there @4bweb,
I am wondering here if some of your subscribers have been moved to inactive status.
You can check your settings under MailPoet > Settings on the “Advanced” tab. Look for the setting called “Stop sending to inactive subscribers after…”
This setting will automatically move subscribers to “inactive” if the amount of time specified here passes, and they have not opened or clicked on any of your emails in that amount of time.
This setting is to help protect your sending service. Continuing to send email to subscribers who are not engaged in your content makes it more likely to get spam reports, which can affect your online reputation. By stopping sending to those subscribers, you are creating a more active list with subscribers who are more likely to engage with your content.
If your list was initially imported, I would guess that this setting has moved a large number of subscribers who have never engaged in your content since it was imported to inactive. That’s a good thing! You don’t want to keep sending to those people for no reason.
You can try to re-engage those subscribers by creating a re-engagement email:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/382-create-a-re-engagement-email
Or by running a list reconfirm:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/269-reconfirm-subscribers-to-your-listIf this setting was not enable (i.e. set to “never”) then I do note that you have a paid Agency plan with us, and this entitles you to premium support. You can open a ticket so that we can investigate further:
https://www.mailpoet.com/support/premium/Hi everyone,
Wrapping up this thread with some clarifications.
First, while we strongly recommend moving your database tables to InnoDB for performance reasons, it is not a strict requirement for MailPoet to function. While you may experience slow sending issues if you continue to use MyISAM, this will not block sending altogether. For now, at least, MyISAM is still supported although if you reach out to us with delivery issues, we may recommend converting to InnoDB.
More on that here:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/200-solving-database-connection-issuesIf you wish to convert your database tables to InnoDB as per our recommendation, *always* take a full database backup first.
Then, you can convert either directly via phpMyAdmin on your hosting account, instructions here:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/200-solving-database-connection-issuesOr reach out to your web host or an experienced WordPress developer for assistance.
Hi @640521-1,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just so we can reproduce the original error (and make sure it’s cleared by any changes we make), can you confirm where the original innoDB warning came from? If it’s still happening, a screenshot would be great.
Thank you!
Hi there @nocloset,
This error is a little confusing, as “response code 200” is the typical response code for a successful request, and yet an error has happened.
We usually only see this unusual situation when there is a code conflict on the site. For MailPoet in particular, out email designer can make MailPoet screens sensitive to other plugins that alter the dashboard.
We would recommend running a conflict test on the site. Here’s how to do that:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflictIf you are still able to cause the error while in conflict test mode (i.e. running a basic theme, and no plugins other than MailPoet are active), please let us know and include your System Info with your reply (available under MailPoet > Help on the “System Info” tab).
Hi there @kalashgallery,
This cookie, for mailpoet_page_view, should be set when a subscriber clicks a link in an email.
I just tested this out on my test site and the cookie appears to be set correctly. This is what it should look like normally:
%7B%22timestamp%22%3A1725638833%7D
If you dig into your cookie, all of this information is there but it is also adding hundreds of backslashes (the %5C character) for unknown reasons.
Do you know if this error is being seen by all your visitors who click email links, or is it just yours?
Can you retest this by:
- clearing all caches and cookie history
- creating a test email in MailPoet with a link, and sending it to your self
- clicking the email link, and then checking the loaded cookies on that page to verify the mailpoet_page_view cookie was created properly?
If not, then please share your system info from under MailPoet > Help on the “system info” tab.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Issue with multiple size options in Google merchantsHi there @zotezo,
I do apologize for any confusion on this thread. I’d like to make it very clear:
Google for Woocommerce does not have the option to roll all variations of a variable product into a single listing.
Like most (if not all) Google feed plugins, we sync every variation separately.
?
This helps your search results on Google Shopping as products can be filtered there by size. So, by listing your items under each available size, they are more likely to be returned for filtered search results. In addition, as variations can have their own prices and inventory numbers, there’s no way to submit information to Google for the parent product only that would fit their data requirements.
?
If you do not wish to list all variations, the only option is to not list the product at all and mark it to not be synced to Google.
?Hi there @dillhausen,
I understand that space is at a premium. However, this size is a requirement for MailPoet to correctly format outgoing emails in our email editor. It uses a width of 1320px (this cannot be changed at the moment) and so requires images to fit this width so that they can be properly rendered and displayed with the correct ratio in the designer and in the delivered emails.
While we hope to add more versatility to the email designer in the future, at the moment this is a strict requirement of using MailPoet. Removing these sizes would likely result in unexpected fatal errors when attempting to use the MailPoet email designer.
If you have images that go out in your newsletter but are not used on your site, you could consider hosting them offsite, such as in a Google Drive or Dropbox account. These can be included and embedded as external images in your newsletter, however, can be harder to format and appear properly in all mail browsers, especially if columns are involved. However, it could help alleviate your space issue.
Hi there @joellou,
Unfortunately I cannot view the screenshot you shared. Just to confirm, you are inserting a “Posts” block into your email, setting the “type” to Events and then clicking in the category/tag box to view a list of your categories, is that correct? Like this:
Full Size: https://d.pr/i/pbhnI6If you do this, are you seeing the required category listed here, or not? And if it is listed here, and you select it, are you seeing the matching events listed below, or are there no matches?
I did test this out on my own test site and did not notice any issues. Given that only one category appears to be affected, it does seem as though there may be some bad data in your database that is returning an unexpected result.
You could perhaps debug this by going through the events in that category from the past month (i.e. going back to when you know it was working), and removing all more recent events from that category, then test to make sure this clears the issue.
Then, re-add events to the category one at a time and test each time until you find the event that has the bad data. Assuming you can pinpoint an event like this, take a deeper look at its settings and values for any potential issues.
Another thing you could try is creating a fresh category and assigning it to these events, and removing the old category; then test with the fresh category to see if this resolved the issue – this is just in case the old category itself has some kind of configuration issue.
Hi there @pagoad,
It looks as though this fatal error is coming from a plugin that is specific to HappyForms.
As MailPoet does not have any native HappyForms integrations or code, any connection between the two plugins would be custom-built.
Please reach out to the original developer to request a second look at their code as it appears something has changed with the interaction between the two plugins. Any required fixes would not be with MailPoet specifically, but with the custom code that links the two plugins.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Google ads loads ad infinitumHi there @autobikeshop,
I see that you are having issues completing the Google for WooCommerce onboarding, as the connection to your Google Ads account is failing, is this correct?
Can you confirm that your Google Ads account was created by you, and it is owned by your connected Google Account?
Also, is this Ads account shared among any other sites?
Lastly, can you please go to your site’s hidden connection page, which can be found here:
https://autobikeshop.fr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fgoogle%2FdashboardThen click the “Ads connection status” and share the information that loads at the top of the screen?
Thank you!
