html-overview-table.php count

    Hi! This is an excellent plugin, thank you for you work!

    There is an error when html-overview-table.php counts the $conditions, seems to be related to new PHP version changes.

    Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /wp-content/plugins/advanced-shipping-validation-for-woocommerce/includes/admin/views/html-overview-table.php on line 57
