html or visual editor don't work

hello,i’m having a strange trouble with the forum,i install it well,it work like a charm,easy integration with the theme but when i want to create a topic the html or visual editor don’t work.no boutton are show !
When i click on insert media,i can’t close the windows too !!!
I have javascript enable.
