HTML & links being stripped in Description filed

    When creating a directory entry, any hyperlinks added in the description area are not working on the frontend of published listing. It seems the plugin is stripping out any HTML code for that field.

    Thank you for reaching out about this. I’m Garret from the customer success team and I’ll be happy to help with this.

    We do indeed strip HTML from the fields by default for security reasons. That being said, you can enable the Display a WYSIWYG editor on the frontend? option to allow basic HTML such as links, etc…

    You can do this by going to Directory > Form Fields, then click Edit on your description field. From here you can find the Display a WYSIWYG editor on the frontend? option.
