.html limitations?
-
Are you aware of any limitations redirecting .html files (i.e. a blogger blog moved to WordPress)? I have tried several plugin attempts for this redirection, without success, and I’m wondering if there is a limitation I am not aware of. I was very excited to discover Velvet Blues, and when I entered my pages to be re-directed to the new link, in some cases it said it was replaced ~40 times, however, the .html files are not redirecting for me.
Here are 2 samples:
https://www.pret-a-voyager.com/p/visit-paris.html (on blogger)*
and https://www.pret-a-voyager.com/visit-paris/ (on wordpress)and posts look like
https://www.pret-a-voyager.com/2011/08/where-to-sleep-in-paris.html (on blogger)*
https://www.pret-a-voyager.com/2011/08/where-to-sleep-in-paris/ (on wordpress)* The blogger pages (end in .html) still result in the 404 page.
Thank you for your assistance!
