html into field options

Hi,

I have recently updated to the last version of CCF and I’ve seen that my html inserted into the option “Manage field choices:” (Checkboxes field) has stopped working. It only shows plain text.

I’m using this check box to show to the user the option of accepting the conditions before sending the message. I was using the html to insert a link to a page where the user could read these conditions.

Is there any solution to this?
