HTML instead of TXT

    Hi,

    Since a week or two ago, emails are send into html format instead of txt. Thus messing our integration to our CRM.

    Is it possible to get back to txt, or is there a parameter to change that?

    Hi @camillelibow,

    Thanks for reaching out! WP Mail SMTP connects your WordPress site to your mailer service. The format of the emails would be controlled by the plugin that is creating the emails to be sent. For instance, if you’re sending emails with WPForms, it would be making the emails either Text or HTML format.

    Check the plugin that is creating the emails. It may have the option to switch between Text and HTML formats.
