html in the sidebar – visual ?

usually peoples use the visual editor from wordpress (from post and pages), then copy HTML code, then paste it in the Text wiget and add that wiget on sidebar.

is there and plugin that allow me to add visually html code in sidebar (example: images, tables) without having to copy/paste code from an external visual editor ?

i have searched but didn’t found a plugin that is able to do that.
