html in short description not working

    Hi,

    In the short description of each product (articles in my case), any html formatting I put in the short description is not showing up. Any clues? Thx.

    Hi @hfinlay10,

    In Classic List the entire element is a link and the short description is automatically shortened. This is why the short description is cleared from HTML.

    If you want to show the HTML in the short description please use the Classic List with Button. There is a button instead a link on entire element and the HTML is possible in the short description. You can also set the short description length to unlimited.
