HTML in Opt-In Field Label

Hi,
our laws in Germany are very strict on newsletter sign-up procedure. On the first opt-in button you have to clearly inform on how often you write newsletters, give links to where you can sign out again and so on.
I would like to supply this information in the Opt-In Field Label. Could you please advise me how I can insert links and line breaks in this field? All attempts from my side didn’t succeed.
