html in link not proper work

First of all, sorry for my late reply.
The plugin transforms the url to be trackable by adding forging this url (that contains /trackmail/) .
You can disable this behavior by unchecking “Enable opens and clicks tracking” in the settings page (Email Logging and Tracking Tab).
That said, I also noticed a bit.ly in the faulty url, which means that you may also have an other plugin that is modifying the url.
