html in footer copyright section ?

    I can’t seems to add html into the copyright section in footer, can this be done in some way ? putting links in footer is a standard practice , please advise if we can do this ,thanks

  • I think this depends on what field your theme is using to allow you to change the footer content. With Page Builder Framework for instance, we use Kirki’s text field for that and it renders HTML just fine.

    In the Customizing/Site Footer/Copyright Section, I don’t see there are any field relating to here, its only a text input box, and seems its not supporting html in this box. am wondering just can I use html here. Thanks

    The text field allows for HTML.
    We are using it ourselves to allow users to change the content in the footer in our Page Builder Framework theme for instance.
