• I’ve noticed with version 2.1 and the previous version my site was using (can’t recall exactly what it was) causes the paragraph “p” tags to show up when I go to the Edit Video page.

If I save the video without removing the p tags, it converts them into ascii characters and shows up on the live site.

I’m wondering if others are experiencing this too? I’ve only used this plugin on one site, so I’m not sure if it’s just me or not, but I’d liked it resolved if it’s a universal issue.

    Thanks,
    – C.

hi, thanks for the feedback! we don’t seem to be able to reproduce the behavior you have described. can you try upgrading your version of plugin?

Thanks for the reply. It must be something conflicting with other plugins — I do have TinyMCE Advanced installed, so maybe it’s that. I’ll keep my eye on it, then; just figured if it was a universal problem, I should point it out.

    Thanks,

this happens to me as well. every time I go in to edit the text for one of the videos any html tags are converted to ascii characters and unless I delete them and replace with the correct characters I originally type I’ll get the gobbeldy-gook on the live site.
