[HTML Import 2] hangs on Importing HTML files…

  • Hi, I have the same issue.
    Tried to tidy the html, I have Version 2.6 of the plugin
    on a recent 4.6.1 installation with php 5.6.26.
    The Error seems to be independent of the html.

    I stay with the state as shown here:

    The Plugin hangs here forever

    how to debug that?

    Hello, I’m currently trying to use your wordpress importer plug in. I’m stuck with the “Update internal links” because I supposed it would change the old link referring to the static html pages with the new wordpress link of the imported page. So I should not manually change the link to the other pages. Is this the right meaning of the flag?
    Because it doesn’t change any links, by now.

    I’m using 4.8.1 and was trying to import a batch of html files that we’ve created outside of WordPress. The importer hangs (see schurlix screenshot above).

    Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
