HTML formatting possible in details view descriptioni

    Is there a way to have HTML code read in the description portion of the Details view. I’m using the free version so maybe it’s possible in the Premium version? Right now the description only seems to show as plain-text so tags are showing up as text and my links aren’t showing as links. I know they show up in the product page (when someone clicks on the thumbnail for more info) but I don’t want to assume everyone is going to do that when all the copy is already visible.

    Here’s the page I’m referring to: https://bounce2themoon.com/rentals/moon-bounces/ You can see in the Licensed Interactive Bounces, the 4-in-1 Combo code isn’t showing correctly. Not sure if this plugin supports other thumbnail images as well as video links.

    I don’t know if having thumbnail images is possible, but at least having an unordered list of the panel option names (i.e., Space Wars, Robo Cars, Treasure Island, Western, etc.) would be better than nothing. Thank you for your help!

    Hi Meghan,

    We apologize for the misunderstanding. The HTML should be displayed on the product page. However, all HTML tags within the description will be stripped off from the catalog itself (thumbnail, details and list view). The reason why is that there are chances that styling issues occur. For example, someone could put a 1920×1080 image into the description. There would be too much things to patch from thereon.

    A way to bypass it would be to create custom fields to hold the HTML tags.

    As for the thumbnails, if you create your products with additional pictures, within the product page, the thumbnails would be displayed. If not, then would that just not be the thumbnails view that you are speaking of?

    Would you be able to clarify what you want concerning the unordered list? I am unsure to understand.
