HTML format email is not delivering

    When I send a test email using the “Send Test Email” feature, everything works fine if the HTML switch is off: I’m getting the message “Plain text test email has been successfully sent!” notification, and the recipient receives an email.

    If the HTML switch is set to “off” on the WP side, everything looks fine: I get the message “Test HTML email sent successfully! Check your inbox to make sure it’s delivered, “but the recipient is not receiving the message.

    Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with our Test Email feature.

    First, please ensure that you are using the latest version of WP Mail SMTP (3.7.0).

    To confirm if this is a mailer-specific issue, please try sending a test email using a different mailer. The easiest mailers to set up for testing purposes are the Google and Sendinblue mailers.

    If the issue persists, please try disabling your other plugins in case there is a conflict of some kind.
