    For all of you who need to create HTML forms for your blog, I’ve just put up an online tool:

    So far, there are 25 themes available to choose.

  • Ok so I’ve made a form using your site, it is awesome, now i have no idea how to add it to wordpress(preferably a page within wordpress) and route the form to my email

    is there a tutorial by any chance?

    Why not use a contact plugin that was made to work with WP?
