First of all, I want to thank you for making an awesome, easy-to-use, ‘light’ plugin for paypal integration. It was exactly what we were looking for!

I’ve been having an issue with the responder email html. It says, “html is accepted”, so I assumed I had to format the entire email in html, but the email received was just a page of html coding.

After that, I tried a copy & paste from gmail, and the images and links didn’t work, so it’s somewhere in between.

The end result is the correct html, but it’s not formatting as html, and coming through as plain text. (example: <img style=”float: left;” src=”https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?chs=150×150&cht=qr&chl=%5Bitem_name%5D%20confirmed%20%5Btxn_id%5D” /> doesn’t appear as an image)

Thank you in advance for your help! And thank you for the awesome plugin!

Hmm that’s odd. I’ve tested it and basic html works fine for me.

    1. What happens if you use just plain text? Does the email come through correctly with text looking perfectly fine and readable?

    2. What happens if you do really basic html formatting. Eg try a bit of bold text. (I’m just wondering if you’re doing really complex stuff that it’s not handling… or if its something specfific that it’s not handling and that’s stuffing up the rest)

    3. What email client are you testing with? (just want to rule this out as a factor)
