Html for clickable image – issue with size

    Hi there we’ve installed your excellent plugin today and we are already thrilled to use it for the many purposes. We really appreciate popup position, all the intuitive functions already in the free version and shortcode is a plus!

    We need a clickable image but cannot understand how to make it clickable. Is there any option for that? Image is perfect on desktop and mobile as well.

    Html mode was used to insert an image with a custom link to redirect to Gourmet Tour page. Can you please help making it fit the frame?

    Thank you for contacting us.
    1) To make an image clickable just wrap it inside our short code [sg_popup id=”1″]<img src=”…”>[/sg_popup], this will trigger open popup when user clicks on it.
    2) To fit the image, inside you WordPress WYSIWYG editor(TinyMce) switch to the ‘text’ mode and add margin:0; style attribute to the first ‘p’ tag.

    Dear Sygnoos Team,

    now it is working perfectly! Thank you so much for your immediate support.
    We would like to know how to show it only to first timers from browser traffic etc.
    Does the PRO plugin offers these and more functions and behaviour? I would like to purchase in case also to support your great project.

    Of course I’m going to write you a review on WP!

    Dear Andrea,
    We have ‘Show Popup only once’ in our PRO package. This will show popup only once to the same user. After one week, it will be shown again and so on. In our upcoming updates you will be able to setup popup recurrence date. We are constantly adding new features and of course our Professional version has more functions and popup types.
