HTML Field Not Showing in PDF

  • I have a custom javascript code I’ve created in use with an HTML Content block. It makes a calculation for the user. For some reason the calculated number does not show up on the PDF. I have already enabled in the configuration file to show HTML Content (source). The title shows but not the actual calculated number.

    Here is the form.

    After inputting the number of Locations and Providers, you will see the Pricing fields show up with the totals. The Total Monthly Fee and One-Time fee will not produce on the PDF after the form has submitted.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    A PDF is not a browser. You cannot use javascript to render a calculated number.

    I recommend you use Gravity Form’s calculation field (number) to do the number crunching.
