    Hi
Whether it takes the subject from the shop name ([shop_name]) or I type it in manually it still replaces the ampersand with the html entity (& amp;) when the customer receives the order email.

I obviously need to company name to appear correctly (C&C Training) and not as C& amp;C Training.

    Thanks

    Hi
Sorry, typing the company name manually does work after all. I was looking at the wrong email!

    Thanks for your help.

OK Ian, thanks for letting us know, actualy here in the post my answer was converted as well, follow the link here to find the appropriate html entities and for future you need to use the title with html entity instead of special chars like ampersand, to be converted correctly

In your case it will look like this : C’html entity’C Training
