HTML emails stripped down to Raw code

  • When I use WP SES with my BuddyPress website, all my member notification emails are stripped of Rich HTML formatting.

    If I disable WP SES and connect to Amazon SES via SMTP using the plugin WP-Mail-SMTP, all my email notifications immediately return to the expected OEM BuddyPress Rich HTML format.

    There is a conflict with WP SES and the Rich HTML formatted emails of BuddyPress.

    Any way to fix this issue so that WP SES WILL work properly sending HTML emails?
