HTML – Email Templates theme on business email address emails to customers

  • Hi I love your plug-in and have been using it on my site. It’s GREAT!

    I have a relatively simple question that I’d love your expert support with. For consistency of branding I’d love to use the HTML footer form my Kadence emails on the emails I sent to suppliers + customers as part of customer support from my business email provider.

    Is there an easy way to do this? I assume I can bring the HTML across but I’d love to set it up so it’s fool-proof and does not break when I sent it.

    Kadence has made my customer plug-in emails look great and I’d love to replace the plain template I use for customer emails.

    There isn’t a way to do this with our plugin, you can create your own email template structure for other emails and add in the HTML and css it’s just totally out of the scope of this plugin. This plugin hooks into the woocommerce email class and everything happens there. I would suggest you copy the HTML from an email you sent not from the templates so you get all the inline styling that is filtered in to emails through the woocommerce class.
