    sorry for my late response. I’, experiencing this with the “New User – Post-registration Email” notification.

    Are there any other email plugins/plugins that send emails or a function in the theme installed that may be causing the emails to be sent in plain text as opposed to HTML?

    I’m using WP Mail SMTP and WP HTML Mail, but they are in fact sending HTML mails.

    Are you able to disable WP HTML Mail to see if there’s a plugin conflict?
