HTML editor not working properly

I did a search and came up with no results.

I am trying to add breaks between my div tables. When I add breaks in my HTML editor for the page I am editing, when I hit update, in the the page content it shows how I want it to look, but in the bottom portion, the page preview it doesnt seperate my tables at all. Even when I hit save or save and continuing editing I do not get breaks in between my div. They are all connected.
