HTML doesn’t save in multisite

I’m testing your plugin in a multisite installation.

After setting up an account on your site, I tried copying-and-pasting it into the settings for the plugin,

When I click “Save”, it gives me a shortcode.

But when I try to re-visit the plugin’s settings page, the HTML code and shortcode are gone!
