Using a template from beefree.io that we import as html.
When sending a test mail it works perfeclty design works
But when a real notification is sent, the design is totally broke as if, margin and else weren’t taken in consideration and as if <p> were added randomly

    Hi @beware,
Did that happen even with the checkbox below the notification ticked?

Can you add CSS to remove the <br>?
    E.g. br { display: none; }

    checkbox below is ticked,
also added that line of css, but seems not to works on live mail.

Again the test mail is perfect and has no problem

    Hi @beware,
I’ve tried and tried and I can’t seem to replicate the issue. It works for me using a proper notification (not a test notification), and using the code you supplied.

It might be worth stripping back the HTML and CSS in your email to something more simple and testing as you go. I haven’t had any other reports of issues so thinking it might be specific to this code.

which client mail do you send your live mail to ?

Do you have a test plateform where i can reproduce ?

    Hi @beware,
I’m testing on my local machine with MailHog and Gmail. Both output what i’d expect to see.

    Hi @beware, That’s correct.

Ok, could we set up a stagging plateform so we can work this out, ?

    Hi @beware,
I won’t be able to offer that level of support unfortunately.
As I’m unable to replicate the issue and I haven’t had any other reports of issues with HTML email themes or styling, I’m not sure I can offer ay more help at this time. I still believe it may be something specific to your set-up, but it’s hard to give an exact answer as to what.

My set up is really basic…
Should we take the pro version to sort this out ?

    elementor (hello theme)
    vultr
    paidmemebershippro
    your plugin
    and here it is ??

    Hi @beware,
Are you able to test with the default ‘Twenty Twenty One’ theme and no other plugins except for BNFW? It could be affected by another plugin that sends emails or formats posts, specifically: Elementor, or PMP.

    Find it !

Seems that it is a incompatibility with paid membership pro
