There′s an error in the product page, when the images load, there are some “dots” between each image, and the html tas li are not showing correctly. It loads like:

    <div class=”ywgc-preset-image” data-design-id=”4298″ data-design-url>………blank space……….. </div>

It seems something with the css:
    .ywgc-preset-image:not(.ywgc-default-product-image)
    border

    or

    .ywgc-preset-image
    border

Link to the page available soon.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Additional info:

Only one additional image is loaded even though there are several in the library.

Jose, it looks like you were able to fix your issue. I am having some major layout problems with my installation. Did you make any adjustments? If so, would you be willing to share? Thanks!

Hello @smallwebsolutions , in fact it has not been fixed, in the product page, it still don′t load all of the images and there is a

    • tags without the images. It looks that something is wrong with the html tags loading the url of the images.

    Hello there,
hope you are doing well! ??

This issue usually happens when an image from the gift card categories is deleted without removing it from the category, for this reason, the image is missed.

The solution is removing the image category with the issue and create it again, including again the desired images.

Could you check this solution and let us know any news, please?

    Have a nice day!

Hello @yithemes , thanks for answering me about this issue.

I did the steps you described, but the problem continues. I deleted the “old” image category, as well of the images. Then I created a new category and added the images, but, still the images do not display correctly.

Can you guys help me or maybe anothers steps to resolve it.

    Thank you very much.
