html Content slider

Hi.
Today i made my first template so i want to go on.
im searching for a good content slider where i can
link posts in. maybe ports from a specific category.

if there would be a slider like the codaslider
where i have direct links to slides it would be perfect.
i know how i can put posts into the div or li area of the sliders.

i want a thumbnail line above the slider to directly
go to slides. is there a plugin/slider or someone who can help me ?
