    I would need to see the logs and the raw email to assist. Please install the support addon and send the first email again so I can see what is happening.

    2. I tried to doanload the Ad on you recommended but it would not download.. https://prntscr.com/frsm7e I tried with 2 different browsers and there is the same problem… just keeps spinning…

    i will try again later, but if you can send me the file via this form or any other way, that would be great.

    1. Sounds like you have “Delete email after posting” set to no. You need to set it to yes if you don’t want duplicates.

    2. Please try again. It was working when I tested it a minute ago.

    Update.

    1. Support addon installed and activated – https://prntscr.com/fsart7
    2. “Delete email after posting” set to no. – problem solved
    3. After the above settings changes, I tried to resend the email… only now it is not posting at all.
    4. How do you/I get access to the data collected by the support addon?

    Hi Wayne,

    Another update.
    3. I had changed the password on the dedicated gmail account and forgot to update the plugin setup. problem fixed

    Not sure what has changed but now the plugin was able to post the email sent correctly and everything is showing as it should.

    Glad things are working now.

    Once an email has been processed the results are sent via email to all the site administrators and me.
