    Hello @bakhshi

Into the summary fields can be included only does fields that are submitted: number fields, currency, phone, email, calculated fields, text area, dropdown, etc. but not the HTML content fields, because the plugin cannot control the content of them (even their content might be a block of javascript)

    Best regards.

I’m going to add an image to the summary as a header!
    How can I do this?

    Hello @bakhshi

You simply should insert the image into a “HTML Content” field just above the “Summary” field, or editing the appearance of the summary field with CSS. For example, the “Summary” fields have assigned the class name: cff-summary-field, and its title is inserted with a h2 tag, so, you can increase its height and define the image as background of the h2 tag.

    Actually, there are many alternatives.

    Best regards.
