html commands i.e. bold wont work no more

fs contact form doesn’t show html text on the form in bold using < b > < /b > or < strong > < /strong > even though html activated !!
it also seems not to be compatible with qtranslate no more!
used to work fine before, after the update everything in html entered infront of the showing text such as <!–:de–>Firmenname<!–:–> <!–:en–>Company name<!–:–>

does anyone know a solution?
