HTML code support

I need a checkbox with a text line about legal terms and I want to use a link to legal terms page.

This plugin not accept html code. I used html code and the page is rendered correctly but the plugin notifies an error. When searching for information about errors I discovered that it was not possible to use html code.

Any solution to the problem?
