    Hi @balaram5441

Thank you for contacting Elementor Technical Support. What happens if you remove your custom code from the HTML widget and add some simple HTML markup? For example:

    <p style="color: red;">My text</p>

Does the 403 error appear with this custom code as well?

    Kind regards!

    Hi Nemanja,

Currently, only simple code or code with less than 500 lines is being accepted, but our code is 3000 lines. Previously, 3000 lines of code were accepted, but this is no longer the case.

Could you please share the latest Elementor version configuration details? We’ll update these with the hosting provider. The only issue we’re experiencing is with the HTML custom snippet; all other widgets are working fine.

    Thank you!

    Hi Team,

I recently compared the Elementor System Info for our test and production environments and noticed some differences. Specifically, I need to update the system info for the production site, such as increasing the memory limit and memory size. How can I make these changes?

    Looking forward to your guidance!

    Thanks.
