HTML code issue in Tile

Hello sir, please help me. in your 4.2 version I was able to under line or bold any text in the title of post and when ever I PUBLISH that post the under lined or bold text publishes with same style on all websites. BUT now in your latest version. when ever i underline something in the title by using <u></u> or bold any text using <b></b> and publish that posts on multiple sites It just moves into the Draft with glitchy code.

can you please give me the solution ?
