html code is no longer working in newsletters

    Hello,

    I have a problem: In the past when i copied into newsletters my html code everything works and in the preview all is displayed correctly.

    Now the html code is display as text in the newsletter?

    Am I doint something wrong. I still proceed as the last 40 times.

    Copied the html code and inserted it into the text box in the newsletter.

    Custom HTML cannot be included in a newsletter using our?email editor.?

    It will be automatically removed due to the rendering process ensuring maximum compatibility across a range of email clients.

    In some cases, you can create a custom shortcode following this guide.
