please go to Help > Delivery and perform a test send from there, and see if the email gets delivered correctly.

that’s where I enter the address when I want to test the newsletter. Can you give me a hint why it works like that? It takes so long and my client is getting irritated and in a moment I’ll have to change your premium plugin to another one. There’s a fresh WordPress installation with your plugin.

sorry for this delay. If you go to Settings > General > Advanced, what kind of encoding is set on “Email encoding” option?

I have Email encoding: Default. I also switched to base64 but it didn’t help.

@michael-travan Maybe I’ll create a user for you and send logins to email? As I wrote earlier, this WordPress with your plugin is a test version and there’s nothing there that I can lose during testing.

we’ve debugged your email and it seems it’s something related to your mail server. Specifically, it adds a double paragraph which breaks the encoding. Please tell about this to your service provider, you may also ask them to give you Smpt credentials which would likely solve this issue. You can use Smtp with a third party plugin like Wp Mail Smtp or similar.

@michael-travan you are right, after configuring the SMTP mailbox the problem disappeared. Thank you for your answer. In that case we go back to testing and buying the pro version.
