    Hello

I’ve been testing your plugin and it is awesome! Thank you for taking the time to create something so needed. Without it only random notifications from bbpress were only ever sent. I will be buying your opt out addon for multiple sites.

One thing I wanted to check is that I am now using the setting: Encode subject line in UTF-8 but still emails are coming in with random characters in title. Not all of them though, in fact nearly emails titles are coming in are as they should be. This is why I’m finding it particularly confusing. Previous to using your plugin I was using Fix forum emails plugin but I removed it as your plugin does the same according to settings.

    Example reply title
    Reply To: Let's get chatting!

I have checked and the original topic and it was created after I installed your plugin and removed Fix Forum Emails plugin. Perhaps I am mistaken and there was some kind of overlap? It’s weird because it only seems to be happening to a single thread.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Yan

    Hi Yandoos,

What kind of messages are you sending out? Text, I assume? Try setting ‘Both’ in the mailout type option and that should be fixed.

I see where the problem is if you send out plain text messages, but it’ll take a bit of time to put in a safe fix that will work with all options.

    Cheers,
    Vinny

    Hi Vinny

Thanks for reply. It is set as plain text only, I did have Both set before but that caused another issue. Display topic/reply is set to content not excerpt and some users were adding youtube videos and stuff which I didn’t want included in the emails.

    Thanks
    Yan
