  • webliberty,

Those characters aren’t quotes – that would actually look like this: ? Title ?

When did you upgrade? Try deleting and reinstalling the plugin. Note that some characters probably should get escaped here, as well, or just not appear in titles.

Plug-in version 2.0.3.1, updated immediately after the release of the new version. Recently noticed the characters, but there may be even earlier. Reinstalling did not help.

Here is a sample page where the characters are in the Title: https://webliberty.ru/knopki-otvetit-i-tsitirovat-v-kommentariyah/

When hovering over a tab in the browser instead of quotation marks and symbols appear in the pages indexed by search engines too, with characters in titles

    I’m sorry for my english

    webliberty,

I tested this and cannot reproduce your issue; did you delete and reinstall the plugin just now, or have you not done that yet? Also, are you just using the post title for the title there, or do you have the title entered in to All in One SEO Pack? I just tested it on a local site using the post title as the title, and it worked fine.

Title field on the record page I leave empty … It is taken from the title automatically.

Now try to insert the title of the article in this field (duplicate) and then everything is fine, no characters. Maybe then my problem is WordPress, which also recently updated.

I will understand myself more, apparently the problem is not in the plugin, but a combination of factors. Thank you for your support.
