HTML auto responder on save goes to 404

    Hi. I’ve tried re-installing the plugin and creating a new form but I keep getting the same problem. When I add any inline styling or image tags to the html auto responder and save I get sent to a 404 page. It is fine with basic tables, but adding either of the above throws me out. Any ideas what might be causing it?
