HTML appears when bloging by e-mail

    When ever I try to blog by e-mail, it will actually show the HTML code in the post, even though I didn’t use any when I wrote the e-mail. Is there a way to prevent that from happening? Thanks

    Do you have a link to an example?

    Are you sending your emails in plaintext format, or are you sending HTML emails? The wp-mail.php script will take verbatim whatever it was given, so I suspect you’re sending HTML email. Configure your mail client to deliver plaintext emails when posting to your secret address.

    Plain Text does work.

    To confirm: sending emails in plaintext results in correct posts to your blog?

    If so, can we mark this thread resolved?
