HTML 5 Video not found (IOS)

Hi, Which shortcode are you using? Please provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look.

I am having the same problem. This is the code I am using:

[evp_embed_video url=”https://www.ghingir.com/bomb/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/Tim_on_Contempo_show.mp4″%5D

I have verified that the URL is correct and I can download the mp4 by copying/pasting that URL in my browser. I have the latest version of WP and plugin.

I think the video some has encoding issue. Have you tried encoding it with a H264 encoder?
