HTML 5 parallax scrollig doeasn't work

I got aproblem with simple thing. In my head.php part i got something like this:

<div class="tabliczka" data-200px="top:400px " data-560px="top: 110px;" data-1500px="top: -100px;"></div>

when my html i got my normal files it works, but as a wordpress template i doesn’t.

I’d be very frateful if you have any solution to this.
