Has it always been that way?

What is the URL of your site?

    Hi James,

    Thanks for your email.
This problem has only been for the last two months.
My main URL is: https://www.jamieolivers.net and my sub domain:
    https://www.nutrobalance2.net.

You can see the little icon from Clicky on my jamieolivers page.
I sent Hostgator an email and called them, but they couldn’t
    help me.
    Thanks for your help.

I don’t see any not-rendered HTML code on either site. Were you able to resolve the issue?

    Hello James,

My webform came back on my nutrobalance2.net site, but when I insert a
tracking code from Clicky or Hypertracker, I still see the code.

I left the Clicky code on my site: Fit with Vitamins, so that you can see it. If you could help me with this problem, I would very much appreciate it! Thanks for your help!

    Adrian.

I don’t see any not-rendered HTML code on either site.

I don’t see any not-rendered HTML code at https://www.nutrobalance2.net/ either. Where should we be seeing it?

    Hi James,

You can see the tracking code from Clicky on the first page from Nutrobalance2.net, which is: Fit with Vitamins.

I hope you will be able to help me.
    Thanks a lot!

    Adrian Joele.

Ok, it looks like you may have just pasted that into the Visual editor tab.

You’ll need to paste all code into the Text editor tab, otherwise it will be formatted (and thus broken) by the Visual editor.

    Hi James,

This is something simply overlooked and was not aware of but I could have found it in the instructions.
I did what you told me to do and it works just fine.
Thank you very much for your help!
