htacess.txt reaming to .htaccess does not show up

    4. Rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess file in Folder: wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager

    I renamed as it says in step 4. but the .htacess file does not show up in my Folder: wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager

    and therefore… I cannot
    Move the .htaccess file from Folder: wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to Folder: wp-content/backup-db

    Please help.
