htaccess rules missing on plugin reactivation

Hi,

The htaccess rules don’t seem to be added back in if the plugin is deactivated then reactivated.

The only way I could get the rules to be reapplied is if I changed a setting in a module related to the htaccess rules then clicked save. Which would mean I would have to revert that setting again and click save to get the previous configuration back.

Would it be possible to add the rules back in on activation, based on the previous settings?
