htaccess redirect from Postnuke to WordPress

I’m moving my blog from Postnuke to WordPress and need to be able to setup an .htaccess redirect.

I’m simply looking for the htaccess code that can redirect all Postnuke article urls such as: https://trentl.com/index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=94

to their WP counterpart: https://trentl.com/?p=94

I also need to be able to redirect /backend.php to /?feed=rss2

I’m a total htaccess n00b, and I already converted the database, I just need help figuring out the exact working htaccess code to do what I want. Please help. I need to fix this ASAP.
