htaccess impacted by WordPress SEO installation/update?

    I have had an issue with some plugins writing configurations in the htaccess after certain updates: see initial post here

    I might say that the issue points to WordPress SEO. Either an install or update might generate this issue. An issue with the WordPress Seo htaccess Editor or other plugins like Favicon?

    I think i read about issues with htaccess and WordPress Seo before.

    Hope that helps to source this issue, but at least raise awareness on updating your blog and xcheck the result.
