Hi, can you check to see if you have a .htaccess file in your website folder? If you do can you check to see what file permissions is set up for the file or folder?

If you don’t have a .htaccess file, saving your permalink settings again in your WordPress websites should create the file again for you. Let me know how you go.

    Regards

Ok, that was it! Somehow they were set to “read”. So I changed owner permissions to also “write” and the error went away when I logged in next. Thanks!

I am happy to hear. I will mark this support thread as resolved.

    Enjoy the plugin.

Well I am having a problem with it again. It was saying Not Writeable and upon looking at the permissions they were changed back to read. So I added write. But it still did not work. Now it says htaccess file not found but I definitely see it in my file manager.

I think you will have to speak to your host. It is very strange what keeps happening to you in regards to the .htaccess file missing or not writable.
