• Hi there, we have been using your plugin on many sites for a few years now and almost always without issues. But lately (i guess it started like half a year ago) we’re having issues with a spontaneously empty .htaccess file in the root dir so the whole website stops working except for the front page. At first we had no clue what could cause this and our hosting provider never heard of this issue before so they couldn’t help us. But after a while we found out that all these sites have WFC enabled. That of course is still no proof so I’m asking you if you have any idea if WFC could cause this with a certain installation. Btw, we have a dedicated Linux cloud server with WHM/cPanel. Thanks in advance.

If the htaccess is empty after you save the setting os wp fastest cache, wp fastest cache may cause this issue. but if the htaccess is empty in any time, wpfc does not cause this issue.

There really is no pattern in when this occurs, definitely not only after changing WFC settings. It must be something else then, bummer.. Thanks for the quick reply.
